Membership Consultant

We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Membership Consultant to help grow our membership base, build strong relationships with prospective and existing members, and contribute to the continued success of our club. About the Role Generating and following up on sales leads Conducting phone and face-to‑face sales consultations Promoting our memberships, products, and services Converting enquiries into new memberships Building and maintaining positive relationships with members Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs Contributing to a positive team culture What We’re Looking For Previous sales experience, preferably in a telephone-based sales environment Confidence in both phone and face-to‑face selling A positive and professional attitude A strong drive to achieve targets and earn commission Excellent communication and relationship-building skills The ability to work independently and as part of a small, dynamic team A willingness to learn and be coached Experience working towards KPIs and performance goals What’s in It for You?
