Simplify complex information for employees. Keep content accurate, relevant and up to date. Champion plain language and accessibility. Lead content reviews and improvement initiatives. Use insights and feedback to improve content effectiveness. Support content discovery through search and AI-enabled tools. Help shape content and knowledge management practices across Westpac. Nā tāu rourou | What will you bring? You’ll be an experienced content professional who can turn complex information into simple, engaging content. You’ll enjoy collaborating with stakeholders and be passionate about improving how knowledge is shared. You’ll Bring Experience in content design, UX writing, communications, knowledge management or a related field. Strong writing, editing and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience creating content for digital or knowledge platforms. A customer-focused mindset and passion for plain language. The ability to manage multiple priorities and drive improvements. Curiosity, initiative and a continuous improvement mindset. Experience in banking, financial services or another regulated industry would be an advantage.
