IDEA Services supports adults with intellectual disabilities to live independently in their own homes and participate in community life. You will support clients with complex needs, manage risk, and provide personalised night care to help them achieve their goals and aspirations. Previous caregiving experience is valued, but a positive attitude and openness to learning are essential.
