Our shifts are only Monday-Friday with overtime available and there is no weekend work. We also have a variety of different departments and start times which is great for a work-life balance. On the job training will be provided to the successful candidates. As a process worker in one of our various chicken processing departments you will experience a work environment that is fast paced, dynamic and very team oriented. You don't need any experience to be on our team, we just need you meet the following requirements: Reliable, punctual and determined to be at work every day Positive attitude and a willingness to learn Physically fit and strong Work well in a team environment Pass a pre-employment medical and drug screen test Pass a numeracy and literacy test We pay well above minimum rates. We have levels of pay that increase after every 12 months' service for 3 consecutive years. You will learn new skills and have the opportunity to develop a career.
