Delivery Leader

Are you currently working in the electricity, energy, water or gas industry and looking to take the next step in your career? Maybe you're an experienced Team Leader, Leading Hand or Supervisor who's ready to step off the tools. Or perhaps you're a Junior Project Manager looking for more responsibility and real operational ownership. This isn't your typical Project Manager role. We''ve created a Delivery Leader position that bridges the gap between Estimating and Operations. You'll work alongside our Senior Delivery Leader, helping plan, programme and coordinate projects while supporting our On Ground Delivery Leaders (OGDLs) to deliver outstanding outcomes for our clients. What you'll be doing: Planning and programming multiple live projects Reviewing drawings, specifications and project handovers Coordinating labour, plant, traffic management and subcontractors Supporting our On Ground Delivery Leaders (OGDLs) to deliver safe, efficient and high-quality work Reviewing project QA documentation and ensuring jobs are closed out to client specifications Identifying opportunities to improve productivity, quality and project performance Working closely with our Senior Delivery Leader to strengthen project delivery across the business We'd love to hear from you if you have: Experience in the electricity, energy, water or gas industry Strong underground utilities or civil construction knowledge Leadership experience in the field or as a Junior Project Manager Strong organisational and communication skills A desire to continue learning and grow into a senior operational leadership role We're passionate about developing great people and creating genuine career pathways.
