Join Our Team – Casual & Part-Time Caregivers Ashlea Grove Rest Home is looking for compassionate and reliable Casual and Part-Time Caregivers to join our dedicated team. If you have a genuine passion for caring for older people and enjoy making a positive difference in someone's day, we'd love to hear from you. What you'll be doing: Providing high-quality personal care and support to our residents. Assisting with daily living activities. Working alongside our nursing and care teams to promote residents' wellbeing, dignity, and independence. Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families. What we're looking for: A caring, patient, and positive attitude. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Reliability and flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends if required. Previous aged care experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided to the right applicants. A current First Aid Certificate and Level 3 or 4 Health and Wellbeing qualification are advantageous but not essential. What we offer: A supportive and friendly team environment.
