Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora's Hutt Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Assessment & Planning Unit (APU). The role focuses on thorough assessments, identifying needs, and coordinating timely referrals within an 8-hour discharge window. You will work in a small team, rotate across AM/PM/night shifts, weekends and holidays, and report to the Clinical Nurse Manager.
