The Opportunity: You will manage and work together with the wider Inovo team to deliver infrastructure projects, subdivisions, multi-unit and comprehensive developments ranging from two to 1000 lots plus. Oversee and review all project stages from Concept to Detailed Design and delivery. Supervise, and mentor the next generation of civil engineering professionals. We are seeking an experienced and driven civil engineer, with strong contract management and construction monitoring experience to assist in delivering large scale land development projects. Key responsibilities include: Leading client-side delivery of large-scale land development projects Construction Monitoring and Quality Assurance responsibilities Ready to put your university knowledge into practice? About you: We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, curious and ready to learn. You’ll ideally have: A Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or equivalent qualification. Experience or exposure to 12d, Civil 3D or similar CAD software. Strong communication and teamwork skills. An understanding of the Resource Management Act (RMA) and planning processes. A keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn. A full New Zealand Driver Licence. New Zealand Citizenship or Permanent Residency. #J-18808-Ljbffr
