About The Opportunity Our client is one of the leading organisations in its field We're seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional on a 6-week temp role, based in Auckland CBD You'll play a key role in helping the team manage a high volume of vacancies across different portfolio Work closely with hiring managers and recruitment stakeholders Conduct phone interviews and candidate assessments Coordinate interviews and manage candidate progression throughout the hiring process Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities within the ATS Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience Manage multiple roles simultaneously while meeting agreed recruitment timelines Support talent pipelining and proactive sourcing initiatives What You’ll Bring We're looking for a someone with proven recruitment/talent acquisition experience who can hit the ground running, confidently manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong candidate sourcing, screening and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities in a high-volume environment Strong understanding of recruitment best practice and candidate experience Experience with SuccessFactors or similar recruitment systems is advantageous What’s On Offer Weekly pay cycle!
