What you’ll do: Partner with business teams to uncover opportunities where AI and automation can make a real impact. Run workshops, facilitate discussions and assess whether processes are ready for AI or need redesign first. Design and build AI agents and intelligent workflows using our low-code AI platform. Integrate AI solutions with APIs, data sources and other technologies to deliver practical business outcomes. Identify implementation risks early and help teams navigate change successfully. Monitor, troubleshoot and continuously improve AI agents to ensure they're delivering real value. Mindset: Is genuinely curious about AI and excited by new ways of working. Loves solving problems and finding smarter ways to get things done. Enjoys working closely with people and building strong relationships. Is comfortable with ambiguity and thrives in a fast-moving environment. Wants to keep learning and isn't afraid to challenge the status quo. Skills & Experience Experience in solutions consulting, process improvement or automation. Confidence working with both business and technical stakeholders. Experience with APIs, automation platforms or AI tools (or the aptitude to pick them up quickly). Strong analytical thinking and the ability to turn business problems into practical solutions.
