Sales Support Team Leader

Mitre 10 MEGA Cambridge has experienced tremendous growth in our Trade business over the last 12 month and are now on the hunt for a Sales Support Team Leader who can bring building and construction industry knowledge and team leader experience to our existing Estimating and Sales Support teams. This role is based out of our Trade Centre in Hautapu, where you will join our Trade Sales, Operations, and Logistics teams. We are geared up for continued growth and now need someone with the following attributes to support the team. You must have: 5+ years' experience leading a team in the building and construction industry The ability to interpret residential building plans and understand the building materials required Expectational communication and time management skills Develop and grow existing relationships with our builder customers Can identify opportunities to up sell and cross sell across our vast range of products Sound knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Location: Rest of Waikato, Mitre 10 MEGA Cambridge, Waikato #J-18808-Ljbffr
