Community Connections in Kapiti Coast, Wellington, is seeking a Disability Support Worker for a full-time fixed-term role to cover parental leave from 3 August 2026 to 17 May 2027. You will support a person with complex disabilities with daily living activities, personal care, meal preparation, and the creation of support plans to promote independence.
