Investor Relations Officer – Wealth Operations Full time, Permanent Role Based at Takutai Square Mō te Tūranga About the Role Looking for a step up from a Contact Centre, Claims, Case Management or Administration role? We're looking for two Investor Relations Officers to join our Wealth Operations team, supporting Westpac's KiwiSaver and Managed Funds customers. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, making decisions, and helping customers through important life events. Whether it's supporting a customer's first home withdrawal, helping someone experiencing financial hardship, or resolving a complex enquiry, you'll play an important role in delivering great customer outcomes. You'll be joining a team that's supportive, collaborative and committed to delivering great outcomes for our customers every day. What You'll Be Doing Assessing KiwiSaver withdrawal applications, including first home and hardship requests Investigating and resolving customer enquiries and escalations Processing payments and transactions accurately Supporting customers, solicitors and internal teams with information and requests Completing compliance and AML checks What will you bring?
