Structural and Infrastructure Drafter / Digital Modeller

Holmes is looking for Structural and Infrastructure Drafters/Digital Modellers at intermediate to senior level to join our team in Auckland. This is an opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and high-profile projects across New Zealand. Depending on your experience and interests, you could work on structural projects across sectors such as commercial, healthcare, and education , or on infrastructure projects including bridges, tanks, wharves, and other major civil structures . What you’ll be doing Delivering high-quality drafting and digital modelling outcomes across structural and infrastructure projects Working closely with engineers and project teams to support and influence design Contributing to a range of complex and high-profile projects across New Zealand Applying and exploring new technologies, digital workflows, and smarter ways of working Supporting and mentoring junior team members, particularly at senior level What we’re looking for Experience in structural and/or infrastructure drafting and digital modelling Strong Revit and 3D modelling capability Understanding of engineering and construction design principles, including the NZ Building Code Knowledge of BIM systems, principles, and workflows Experience with Family creation, Dynamo, and ideally SOFiSTiK is beneficial A proactive, self-driven approach with strong attention to detail A passion for digital innovation and continuous improvement Ability to work collaboratively with engineers and project teams to deliver great outcomes Why Holmes?
