We're growing our Sales team and have created a new leadership role to help drive the next stage of growth based in Wiri, Manukau . This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team focused on the SME market, driving growth through inbound and outbound sales activity, marketing campaigns, digital channels, and customer engagement. You'll play a key role in building team capability, increasing activity and conversion, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team. Drive activity, conversion, customer engagement, and sales growth. Maximise opportunities from marketing campaigns and digital leads. Use data and insights to identify trends, prioritise opportunities, and improve performance. Build a positive, customer-focused, and safety-led culture. About You Proven experience leading or coaching a sales team. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and focus on the highest-value opportunities. Experienced managing a large customer portfolio in a fast-paced environment.
