Join Wise Group's Property & Assets team and help deliver the maintenance, facilities,complianceand capital works that keep our national property portfoliooperatingsafely and effectively. Working alongside Project Managers,contractorsand stakeholders across New Zealand,you'llplayan important rolein coordinating projects from planning through to completion while helping improve the systems and processes that support the team. 5 weeks' annual leave after 12 months of employment 2 paid wellbeing days each year Increased KiwiSaver contributions $250 annualHealthNowpayment card to support the health and wellbeing of you and your whānau Subsidised lunches from our in-house chef (three days a week) Hybrid and flexible working options Reporting to the Property & Assets Manager,you'llhelp coordinate the delivery of maintenance, compliance,facilitiesand capital works activities across Wise Group's national property portfolio. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You might be coordinating contractor documentation, supporting procurement activities, preparing governance reports, tracking project budgets, organising stakeholder meetings or helping solve the issues that keep projects moving. You'llalso contribute to improving the systems, templates and processes that support the Property & Assets team, making thisa great opportunityfor someone who enjoys finding better ways of working. Key responsibilities Coordinate maintenance,refurbishmentand capital works projects from planning through to completion. Coordinate project documentation, procurement activities,reportingand project records. Build positive working relationships with contractors,consultantsand internal stakeholders. Support governance,complianceand contract administration across the property portfolio. Monitor project progress,actionsand budgets, helping ensure work stays on track. Identifyopportunities to improve systems,templatesand ways of working across the Property & Assets team. This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional after-hours workrequiredto support operational needs. We'relooking for someone who enjoys bringing structure to busy environments, takes ownership of their work and gets satisfaction from helping a teamoperateat its best. Youdon'tneed to have worked in property before. Ifyou'vecoordinated projects,operationsor complex administrative work in another industry,we'dlove to hear from you. You'llbe successful if you: Enjoy organising multiple pieces of work and keeping things moving. Take ownership and follow work through to completion. Build positive working relationships with a wide range of people. Have a practical, solutions-focused approach and enjoy improving the way work gets done. Are comfortable learning new systems,processesand subject matter. Experience that would be helpful Experience coordinating projects,operationsor complex administrative activities. Exposure to procurement, contract administration,reportingor document management. Experience in property, facilities or construction is an advantage, but not essential. You'llalso need Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word. A current full New Zealand driver's licence.
