Snopro is seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to lead our crews across back-to-back winters in Niseko and Queenstown. The role is permanent and year-round, based primarily in Niseko with roughly three months annually in Queenstown. You’ll run delivery and ski-tech teams, manage schedules, and ensure outstanding guest service across two of the world’s premier ski destinations.
