About The Role Support our residents with their daily living activities while promoting independence, dignity, and choice. Provide personal care and wellbeing support under the guidance of Registered Nurses and care leaders. Build meaningful relationships with residents and encourage social connection, activities, and engagement. Observe and report any changes in residents' health and wellbeing, ensuring accurate documentation and communication. Work collaboratively with the wider care team to create a safe, welcoming, and vibrant home environment aligned with Enliven's Eden Philosophy. About You Hold a Level 2 Health and Wellbeing (or higher). You are flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, morning, afternoon, and night shifts. You are confident using a range of technology platforms and systems, with the ability to learn new applications quickly and accurately. You have a genuine passion for supporting older people and helping them live meaningful and fulfilling lives. You are caring, respectful, and able to build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues. You are reliable, organised, and committed to delivering high-quality care and service. You have strong communication and teamwork skills and enjoy working in a collaborative environment. Currently based in New Plymouth. Hold the legal right to live and work in New Zealand.
