We're looking for a skilled Flexographic Printer (Team Leader) to join our client Responsibilities Operate flexographic printing equipment on night shift Lead and supervise printing team members Ensure print quality meets specifications Perform equipment maintenance and troubleshooting Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in printing Preferably experienced operating flexographic presses (transferable experience considered e.g. offset printing, gravure printer, wide web printing, label printing) Preferably experience in packaging industry / plastic film / food safety and hygiene standards Strong understanding of printing processes, inks, and substrates Excellent attention to detail and colour matching skills Ability to lift up to 25kg and stand for long periods Accredited employer work visa opportunity #J-18808-Ljbffr
