About the position In this two-year fixed-term position, you will partner with leaders, employees and key stakeholders to deliver people transformation initiatives that support the successful integration of legacy organisations into Earth Sciences New Zealand. You'll play a key role in shaping and embedding people practices, change initiatives and ways of working that create a cohesive, high-performing organisation. What You’ll Do Deliver people transformation and organisational change initiatives from planning through to implementation. Lead consultation activities and support effective engagement with employees, unions and stakeholders. Develop and implement change, communication and adoption plans that support successful transitions. Manage project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies and governance requirements. Support organisational design activities, workforce planning and future-state operating models. Monitor progress, outcomes and employee feedback to continuously improve implementation approaches. What you’ll bring Demonstrated experience delivering organisational change, transformation or workforce initiatives in complex environments. Proven experience managing projects, workplans, risks, dependencies and deliverables to successful outcomes. Strong stakeholder engagement, consultation and relationship management skills. Experience developing and implementing change management approaches, including readiness, impact and adoption activities. Ability to translate strategy and people frameworks into practical, business-focused solutions. Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Change Management, Project Management or a related discipline desirable.
