Classroom Teacher (Thursday and Friday - Grade 3/4)

Role Description/Criteria A highly motivated teacher is required to join our teaching team at St Joseph’s as a full-time classroom teacher commencing Thursday August 20, 2026. The successful applicant must demonstrate an ability to: use data to drive student learning and inform best practice establish meaningful relationships with students whilst creating an inclusive, vibrant classroom work collaboratively and enthusiastically with his/her peers. Skills/Experience required Bachelor of Education or relevant tertiary qualification. A commitment to Catholic education. An ability to create an engaging learning environment that caters for the needs of all students. An eagerness to learn. An enthusiasm to implement a differentiated curriculum and use modern technology to support. Student Learning.Special Requirements St Joseph's promotes the safety, well-being, and inclusion of all children; therefore, the successful applicant must demonstrate an understanding of and commitment to providing a safe environment for children. The successful applicant will hold the Victorian Institute of Teaching registration. Accreditation to teach Religious Education in a Catholic school is preferred. Contact details of two referees.
