Finance Officer - Accounts Payable (Part time 24 hours) Part-time 24 hours per week Join a supportive team Help keep Council's finance processes running smoothly Join Tasman District Council as a part-time Finance Officer - Accounts Payable and help keep our finance processes running smoothly. Working 24 hours per week, this role offers great work-life balance while being part of a supportive and collaborative finance team. In this role, you will process supplier invoices, support payment runs, reconcile supplier accounts, respond to accounts payable queries and assist with finance administration and month-end activities. You will have previous experience working in an accounts or finance function, ideally with accounts payable experience within a large organisation. You will be confident using digital systems and Excel, able to build good working relationships, and comfortable working with a high volume of transactions. You will also bring sound judgement and be flexible through change. This position is part time 24 hours per week. Our preference is for this role to be worked Monday to Thursday, 6 hours per day , although some flexibility may be available for the right candidate.
