Install Coordinator / Operations Manager Location: Whangārei, Northland Are you an experienced operations professional who thrives on keeping projects, people, and processes running smoothly? Our client is well-established Northland-based business specialising in residential and commercial insulation solutions. With a strong reputation for quality workmanship, excellent customer service, and a commitment to health and safety, we continue to grow and are looking for a proactive and hands-on Install Coordinator / Operations Manager to join our leadership team. This is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating installation teams, maintaining project schedules, managing health and safety compliance, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. About the Role As the Install Coordinator / Operations Manager, you will be the key link between field operations, sales, administration, and management. You will play a critical role in ensuring resources, people, and materials are aligned to deliver exceptional outcomes for customers. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and oversee insulation installation projects from commencement through to completion Lead and manage installation teams, subcontractors, and suppliers Coordinate project scheduling and resource allocation Manage procurement of materials, tools, and equipment Develop, implement, and maintain Health & Safety systems and procedures Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency standards are met Monitor project costs, budgets, and productivity Work closely with sales, administration, and management teams to ensure customer satisfaction Analyse operational performance and prepare regular reports Train, mentor, and support staff to foster a culture of accountability, safety, and excellence What We're Looking For Proven experience in operations, project coordination, or management within construction, building services, insulation, or a related industry Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Solid understanding of Health & Safety requirements and compliance Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with detailed spreadsheets Experience with MYOB or similar business/accounting software A current driver's licence Forklift experience is advantageous, but training can be provided What's on Offer A key leadership position within a growing Northland business Variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a real impact A supportive and collaborative management team Competitive remuneration aligned with experience and capability Long-term career growth opportunities If you enjoy managing people, improving processes, and delivering outstanding operational results, we'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
