Tauranga (Supported living) Permanent part time - approximately 48 hours a fortnight + some weekend work Shift lengths will vary but you must have availability for rostered shifts between 7am and 7pm Bring your enthusiasm and energy to work every day! Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu | What you will bring Previous relevant experience is preferred, but more importantly, we are looking for someone with varied life experience and an open-minded attitude. You Should Also Have The skills to build good relationships with the people we support and help them make good decisions for themselves The ability to work independently and problem solve in complex situations Excellent communications skills and the ability to share information in a way that can be easily understood A calm nature and confidence to work with challenging behaviours. Comfortable and proficient in using technology You will need to be physically fit to support in a variety of activities Have a Full NZ drivers' licence Must have full rights to work and live in New Zealand.
