Retail Manager

Western Nails Limited has two branches in Auckland: Auckland City and Warkworth. We are looking to employ a Retail Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our nail and beauty salons.

You will be required to:

\n
• Plan, organise and supervise the daily operations of both salon locations.
\n
• Manage and support staff, training and performance monitoring.
\n
• Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve customer enquiries and complaints.
\n
• Monitor stock levels and arrange the ordering of beauty products, nail supplies and other salon materials.
\n
• Develop and implement sales and promotional strategies to increase business performance.
\n
• Maintain appropriate records, prepare reports and ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements.
\n
• Assist with budgeting, cost control and achieving business performance targets.
\n
• Ensure the salons are presented to a high standard and operate efficiently at all times.
\n
• Coordinate with suppliers and oversee inventory management.
\n
• Perform other management duties as reasonably required.
\n

A successful candidate will have:

\n
• Either a relevant Diploma (Level 5 or higher) in Business, Retail Management, Beauty Management or a related field; or
\n
• A minimum of two years' relevant work experience in a nail salon, beauty salon or other relevant retail management role.
\n

Wage Rate: $30 - $32 per hour

Location: Auckland (Auckland City and Warkworth)

Hours: Minimum 30 hours per week
