We're looking for an experienced High-Volume Recruiter to join our RPO team, embedded within NZ Post's Talent Acquisition function. What You'll Be Doing Manage end-to-end recruitment across high-volume and frontline roles Partner with hiring managers to deliver effective recruitment solutions Source, screen and assess candidates across multiple vacancies Provide market insights and recruitment advice to stakeholders Deliver an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience Contribute to recruitment process improvements and team success What You'll Bring Experience recruiting within a high-volume, fast-paced environment Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple vacanciesExperience sourcing and engaging large talent pools Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Confidence using ATS and recruitment technologies A collaborative, resilient and solutions-focused approach Why Korn Ferry?
