Job Description
EVT’s Rydges Wellington is seeking a senior Maintenance Manager to protect the hotel’s building, plant, and equipment. You will lead maintenance staff and contractors across mechanical/HVAC, fire, electrical, and hydraulic systems, both inside and outside the property. You will drive preventative maintenance, BWOF compliance, and safe operations while managing budgets and capital works.
