About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse tojoin our dynamic and supportive Outpatient Department team, with a focus onfracture and orthopaedic conditions. This is a fast' paced, patient' centredenvironment where you will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliverhigh' quality care across the lifespan. About theTeam/Service/ Location Our Fracture Clinic teamis a dedicated, multidisciplinary group committed to delivering high' quality, compassionate care to patients of all ages. We work collaboratively in a fast' pacedenvironment, supporting both acute and elective outpatient needs. Guided byHealth New Zealand - Hutt Valley values and clinical excellence, we strive toachieve the best possible outcomes for our patients and their whānau. About you You willbring: Experience as aRegistered Nurse within the New Zealand healthcare setting. A strong nursingknowledge base and commitment to clinical excellence. The ability to workeffectively within a multidisciplinary team, valuing each member'scontribution to patient care. Clear, compassionatecommunication with patients, whānau, and colleagues, including in high' pressuresituations. Respect for diversebackgrounds and a commitment to equitable, culturally appropriate care. Comfort working in afast' paced environment where priorities can shift quickly. A caring, supportiveapproach to patients and their whānau throughout injury and recovery. Precision indocumentation, assessment, and follow'up to ensure safe and effectivecare. Critical thinkingskills and sound clinical judgment. The ability tomanage stress, support others, and maintain professionalism underpressure.
