About the Role Join Te Pūriri o Te Ora Regional Cancer and Blood Service in this exciting leadership opportunity, where you'll play a key role in improving cancer care and patient outcomes across the Auckland region. As the Lead Tumour Stream Coordinator, you will provide leadership, coaching and day-to-day management of the Faster Cancer Treatment (FCT) Team, ensuring high-quality service delivery and achievement of key performance indicators. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will lead service improvement initiatives to streamline patient pathways and support delivery against the national 31-day and 62-day Faster Cancer Treatment targets. This permanent, full-time role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while developing your leadership capability within a collaborative and supportive environment. About You You will bring proven experience working within the New Zealand health system, with a strong understanding of hospital processes and multidisciplinary service delivery. An experienced people leader, you will have excellent relationship management skills and a track record of leading teams to achieve high performance and continuous improvement.
