Role Description This full-time Real Estate Salesperson role is based in Auckland and offered as a hybrid position, combining in-branch work with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and generating new listings, conducting property appraisals, and advising clients on market conditions and pricing. The role involves preparing and presenting marketing campaigns, hosting open homes and private viewings, and negotiating offers and contracts to achieve successful sales outcomes. The Real Estate Salesperson will maintain accurate records in company systems, collaborate with branch colleagues, and uphold all regulatory and ethical standards while delivering a high level of customer service. Qualifications Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long‑term client relationships. A current New Zealand Real Estate License and sound knowledge of real estate law and compliance requirements. Practical experience and understanding of real property, including residential, rural & lifestyle, or commercial sectors. Proven real estate sales skills, including prospecting, listing, marketing, and closing transactions. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, both written and verbal. Comfort with digital tools and CRM systems; ability to use online marketing and social media to promote listings. Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to manage time effectively in a flexible, hybrid work environment. A valid driver’s license and reliable transport for property visits and client meetings.
