Large Format Print & Production Operator

Experienced Signage ProfessionalProduction | Projects | Flexible Opportunity Location: Auckland Master Signs Ltd is a well-established Auckland signage company specialising in commercial signage, large format printing, vehicle graphics and custom fabricated signage. We're looking for an experienced signage professional to join our team and support a variety of production and workshop activities. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work and values a flexible working arrangement while being part of a professional and supportive team. About the Role As a small and experienced team, no two days are exactly the same. Depending on project requirements, your responsibilities may include: Operating large format printers Printing, laminating and trimming vinyl graphics Vinyl cutting, weeding and application Producing ACM, PVC, Foamboard, Corflute and acrylic signage Vehicle graphics production and preparation Sign assembly and print finishing Packing and dispatching completed jobs Receiving deliveries and organising materials General workshop production and housekeeping Assisting with customer enquiries when required You'll be someone who is comfortable stepping into different areas of the business and enjoys contributing wherever needed. Skills & Experience We're looking for someone with previous signage industry experience who can work confidently with minimal supervision. Experience with the following is highly regarded: Vinyl printing and application Laminating and print finishing Plotter cutting Commercial signage production Vehicle graphics A Full NZ Driver Licence is preferred but not essential. About You You are someone who: Has solid hands-on signage industry experience Produces quality work and pays attention to detail Is reliable, organised and self-motivated Works well independently Enjoys solving problems and helping projects move forward Is happy to contribute across different areas of the workshop when required We're looking for someone who sees this as more than just another production job.
