Job Description
Mŋ te tūč | What you’ll be doing Coordinating Board and Committee meetings, including governance calendars, agendas, papers, minutes, logistics and follow-up actions. Keeping governance processes on track by maintaining action registers, key timelines, governance records and supporting statutory, regulatory and listing rule requirements. Acting as a trusted point of connection between the Board, executive team and wider business, ensuring communication is clear, timely and professional. Supporting the General Counsel and Company Secretary, and the GM Corporate Affairs and Sustainability, with proactive, high-quality executive coordination. Assisting with director onboarding, Board evaluations, disclosures, market announcements and other governance activities that require accuracy, discretion and sound judgement. Bringing calm, organised and credible support to a busy senior leadership environment, where confidentiality and professionalism are essential. Experience in a law firm or other legal background would be viewed positively. Exceptional organisation skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines. Professional credibility, sound judgement and the confidence to work with senior stakeholders. Strong written communication skills and a high attention to detail.
