Surrounded by nature, our environment inspires curiosity, creativity, and meaningful exploration every day. We are seeking a passionate, peaceful, and playful kaiako to join our dedicated team and become part of an innovative organisation committed to excellence in early childhood education. Our philosophy is centred on whakawhanaungatanga, hauora, kaitiakitanga, tākaro, and mana motuhake. We believe children thrive through respectful relationships, child-led play, and rich learning experiences that nurture confidence, resilience, and a lifelong love of learning. Our curriculum is responsive and emergent, built around the interests and strengths of tamariki, with natural resources, loose parts, and regular excursions into our local community forming an integral part of everyday learning. Through our key kaiako approach and commitment to continuity of care and education, tamariki experience secure, trusting relationships that support their wellbeing and learning. We work closely with Childspace Karori, providing continuity of care, education, and relationships as tamariki move between our centres.
