Car Yard Manager Position for Auckland- Car Dealership - Auckland

We are an established and growing car dealership in Wellington seeking an experienced and driven Car Yard Manager to lead our sales operations. This is a full-time, permanent role offering long-term stability and career growth.

About the Role

As a Car Yard Manager, you will be responsible for managing all affair of office including sales team, driving revenue, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the dealership achieves its sales targets.

• Lead and manage daily sales operations of the dealership

• Supervise and support sales staff to achieve performance targets
\n
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
\n
• Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for management
\n
• Assist customers with vehicle selection, pricing, and negotiations
\n
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction
\n
• Manage vehicle pricing, promotions, and sales campaigns
\n
• Coordinate with management on stock purchasing based on market demand
\n
• Ensure compliance with all relevant New Zealand regulations
\n
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service
\n

• Minimum 2–3 years experience in automotive sales or a similar role
\n
• Proven leadership and team management skills
\n
• Strong understanding of the New Zealand automotive market
\n
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
\n
• Target-driven with the ability to work under pressure
\n
• Full driver licence preferred
\n

• Full-time permanent position (minimum 30 hours per week)
\n
• Competitive pay rate between $37 to $40 per hour based on experince
\n
