\nAs the College continues to expand its international student recruitment and brand presence, we are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing activities in the Chinese market while supporting the College's wider marketing strategy across Asian markets.
\nThe Role
\nReporting to the College Director, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen the College's reputation, increase student enrolments, and expand partnerships within the Chinese and Asian education markets.
\nThis role combines strategic planning, marketing management, business development and stakeholder engagement.
\nKey Responsibilities
\nDevelop, implement and review the College's annual marketing strategy for the Chinese market.
\nSupport the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across other Asian markets.
\nPrepare annual marketing plans, promotional schedules and recruitment campaigns.
\nDevelop and manage the marketing budget and monitor campaign performance.
\nAnalyse market trends, competitor activity and student recruitment data to identify new business opportunities.
\nEstablish and maintain relationships with education agents, partner institutions, schools and other strategic stakeholders.
\nLead the planning and coordination of education exhibitions, recruitment seminars, promotional events and partnership activities.
\nOversee the development of bilingual marketing materials, digital content and brand communications.
\nCoordinate digital marketing activities across appropriate online platforms and social media channels.
\nWork closely with academic, admissions and student support teams to ensure marketing activities align with the College's strategic objectives.
\nPrepare regular marketing performance reports and provide recommendations to senior management.
\nEnsure all marketing activities comply with College policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
\nOccasional domestic and international travel may be required to attend education exhibitions, partner meetings and recruitment events.
\nSkills and Experience
\nApplicants should demonstrate:
\nPrevious experience in marketing, marketing management, business development or student recruitment.
\nExperience working within a tertiary education provider, private training establishment (PTE), university, college or other education organisation is highly desirable.
\nStrong knowledge of the Chinese international education market and student recruitment channels.
\nGood understanding of education markets across Asia would be an advantage.
\nExperience developing and implementing strategic marketing plans.
\nExperience managing marketing projects, campaigns and promotional activities.
\nStrong analytical, organisational and project management skills.
\nExcellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder relationship management abilities.
\nAbility to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team.
\nProficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken) is highly desirable due to the nature of the role and regular communication with Chinese-speaking education partners and prospective students.
