Dishwasher

We're looking for a reliable, hardworking Dishwasher to join the kitchen team at Vani's Kitchen, a premium Hyderabadi premium dining restaurant. You'll play a vital role keeping our kitchen running smoothly during busy dinner service and large catering events, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. No experience necessary — just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Washing dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment efficiently and to a high standard
\n
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the dishwashing and kitchen prep areas
\n
• Assisting kitchen staff with basic food prep tasks when required
\n
• Managing rubbish and recycling disposal
\n
• Ensuring kitchen equipment and surfaces meet food safety and hygiene standards
\n
• Supporting the team during high-volume service periods and catering events
\n
• Restocking crockery, cutlery, and glassware for service
\n

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
\n
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
\n
• Valid working rights in New Zealand
\n
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
\n
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
\n
• Previous kitchen experience an advantage but not essential
