Carpenter Needed

Ba osheng Construction Company Limited is a building company located in Auckland. We are looking for two skilled and experienced carpenters to join our busy team.

Location of Work: Auckland

Number of Vacancies: 2

Type of employment: full time, 30-50 hours per week

Days required: Monday to Saturday

Pay: $30 per hour

Your duties will include:

· Construct and install temporary structures and supports

· Read drawings and plans to determine dimensions and materials required

· Plan how the work will be done using measuring and marking equipment

· Cut and shape building materials using hand and power tools

· Construct the frame, install rafters, joists, sub-flooring, wall sheathing, etc.

· Install hardwood flooring, staircase, shelves, cabinets, windows, door trim, etc.

· Renovate and do repair work

· Explain steps, provide directions and answer questions about the construction processes to employees and subcontractors

Successful applicants will have:

· At least 2-year relevant experience

· Able to meet deadline and work under pressure

· Great work ethic and a hard-working attitude

· Can produce high quality work and focus on quality at all times

Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
