As our Web Product Lead, you will help drive the innovation and growth of Kiwibank.co.nz by leading customer centred development initiatives and partnering with internal teams and external vendors to deliver business critical outcomes. Working with the Product Manager, you will translate business strategy into actionable plans, refine and prioritise user stories, manage backlogs, facilitate agile ceremonies, contribute to solution design, testing and change management activities. Your ability to balance strategic thinking with detailed delivery, championing continuous improvement, agile ways of working, and customer focused outcomes, will help shape exceptional digital experiences for Kiwi. For this role we’re looking for a customer-focused digital product leader who thrives on collaboration, innovation and delivering meaningful outcomes. We would love to hear from you if you have experience in the following: Proven experience leading complex, business critical initiatives across digital platforms ideally some of which is with CMS-based platforms Experienced in product leadership, technical business analysis or similar product delivery roles Strong understanding of agile delivery practices, ceremonies and backlog management Confident in translating strategy into clear requirements, user stories and customer centred solutions Experienced in working across business and technology teams to deliver digital enhancements Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships Proficient in balancing strategic thinking with detailed delivery execution in complex environments Strong written and verbal communication skills with a proactive, collaborative and people centred approach Experienced in continuous improvement, change management and customer focused product delivery You do not need to tick every box here to be considered!
