Urgent Care Franklin is seeking an Acting Medical Director (UC Fellow) to join our well-established Urgent Care service in early 2027. This is a unique opportunity to step into a clinical leadership role for a one-year fixed-term appointment , covering an extended leave period. Working alongside experienced Urgent Care clinicians, skilled nursing teams, and operational leaders, you'll help shape clinical excellence, support trainee development, and contribute to the ongoing success of one of South Auckland's busiest and most respected Urgent Care services. What We’re Looking For Experienced Urgent Care Fellow Current MCNZ registration and practising certificate. Demonstrated clinical excellence and confidence managing a broad range of presentations. Experience supporting, mentoring, or supervising junior clinicians and trainees. A commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.
