This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career Marketing Coordinator to join our Customer Acquisition team to support the delivery of customer and prospect acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and marketing automation activity across the AMP and enable.me brands. In this role you will: Support the delivery of email, SMS, customer, and prospect marketing campaigns. Coordinate campaign schedules, approvals, testing, quality assurance, and stakeholder communications. Assist with campaign setup in marketing automation platforms, including customer segmentation and audience list preparation. Coordinate customer communication assets, content updates, personalisation, and customer journey activity. Prepare regular campaign and performance reports, track marketing metrics, and identify trends. Support marketing projects, meetings, action tracking, stakeholder updates, and continuous improvement initiatives. Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, agency administration, and the efficient use of marketing resources. A basic understanding of marketing principles and customer communications. An analytical mindset and confidence working with data and reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Curiosity and willingness to learn marketing technology, CRM, and automation platforms. Accountability, initiative, reliability, and a customer-focused mindset. A recent university graduate or up to two years’ experience in marketing, communications, business, digital marketing, or a related field. An interest in digital marketing, customer engagement, CRM, or marketing automation would be beneficial.
