About theTeam/Service/ Location Our Fracture Clinic teamis a dedicated, multidisciplinary group committed to delivering high'quality,compassionate care to patients of all ages. We work collaboratively in a fast'pacedenvironment, supporting both acute and elective outpatient needs. About you Experience as a Registered Nurse within the New Zealand healthcare setting. A strong nursing knowledge base and commitment to clinical excellence. The ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, valuing each member's contribution to patient care. Clear, compassionate communication with patients, whānau, and colleagues, including in high'pressure situations. Respect for diverse backgrounds and a commitment to equitable, culturally appropriate care. Comfort working in a fast'paced environment where priorities can shift quickly. A caring, supportive approach to patients and their whānau throughout injury and recovery. Precision in documentation, assessment, and follow'up to ensure safe and effective care. Critical thinking skills and sound clinical judgment. The ability to manage stress, support others, and maintain professionalism under pressure.
