You will support our retail customers with home loan documentation working closely with our branch and partnership networks to make Kiwi better off. In this role you will: Process maintenance requests for existing home loans. Organise documentation for lump sum payments, payment frequency changes, non-credit restructures, re-fixing of home loans. Repay and close home loans. Complete peer review checks and quality assurance of all documentation Monitor and process requests that are submitted to the Maintenance Inbox. Ko tātou tēnei.
