You can find more about ACC and the work we do at www.acc.co.nz About the role | Mō te tōrunanga mahi We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Collections Associate to join our Wellington-based team. In this role, you will manage overdue levy and claimant debt, working across both portfolios to achieve positive outcomes for customers and ACC. You will also support capability development within the team by helping onboard new team members and delivering refresher training when required. This role plays an important part in supporting ACC's purpose, helping ensure fair and sustainable debt recovery while contributing to keeping Kiwis safe at work, at home, and everywhere in between. The hours of work are 40 hours per week, rostered Monday to Friday between 9:30am and 6:00pm. During training, you will be required to work from the office each day. Following training, flexible hybrid working arrangements may be available, with a team anchor day every Tuesday. The appointing salary for this role is $61,766 - $82,355 based on experience.
