You can find more about ACC and the work we do at www.acc.co.nz Fixed Term to December 2027 | Wellington About the role | Mń te tūčranga mahi As a Senior Reporting Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting ACC's People Systems programme, contributing to the successful implementation of multiple new HR systems, including payroll, health and safety, helpdesk, and survey platforms. This is a fixed-term opportunity, aligned to a significant programme of work. Within this context, you will act as a subject matter expert (SME), ensuring that reporting, data, and analytical requirements are clearly defined, embedded, and delivered effectively as new systems are implemented. A key requirement of this role is deep expertise across the full employee lifecycle, with strong experience in workforce reporting and analysis. You will also bring experience working with HR and Payroll systems such as Oracle, SAP, or Workday, and a strong understanding of how data is integrated between HR systems and enterprise data warehouse environments. This experience will be critical in influencing how data is structured, transformed, and made available for reporting in a complex, future-state environment. Working across the Workforce Planning and Analytics and People Systems Programme teams, you will lead the design and delivery of high-quality reporting, and insights that support senior decision-making and improve business performance. The appointing salary for this role is $101,287 - $131,077 based on experience. ACC offers a comprehensive benefits package which at present includes an advantageous superannuation scheme (9% contribution) with features like no mandatory employee contribution, optional life and income protection insurance. Wellington location is preferred.
