This is an exciting opportunity to provide strategic leadership across our Junior School, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning, positive school culture and fostering high-quality teaching and learning that enables every student to thrive. You will work collaboratively with staff to strengthen teaching practice, build leadership capability, and ensure a positive and engaging learning environment for students in Years 7–10. The position includes4 Management Units and 0.4 leadership release, plus1 additional Management Unitfor a shared portfolio with the Head of Senior School. Key responsibilities Lead the Year 7–10 Junior School programme including curriculum alignment. Oversee and support the Year 7–10 middle leaders and the Junior School appraisal process. Coordinate Year 7–10 key events, professional learning, and development. Support continuous improvement through strategic planning and whole-school leadership. The shared leadership portfolio includes coordination of day relief across the school alongside the Head of Senior School. This portfolio attracts1 additional Management Unitand operates on a collaborative rotational basis.
