We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Product Manager to join our anaesthesia marketing team. You will have the opportunity to be involved in global healthcare marketing. You will work alongside: product development, clinical research, regulatory, and sales teams to improve patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Represent F & P and provide product education to hospital anaesthesia staff Analyse market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities and develop strategies Monitor product performance and recommend adjustments based on market feedback and evolving trends Life cycle management including the release of new innovative products Communicate recommendations effectively to stakeholders at all levels, influencing product direction and decision-making Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including: design, engineering, clinical, regulatory, and sales, to ensure product vision and goal alignment The ideal candidate will have 6+ years’ experience in product management within the healthcare industry,particularly sales and marketing to hospitals excellent communication and leadership skills, with a knack for working collaboratively in a cross‑functional team environment adaptability and self‑motivation to succeed in a highly regulated environment a drive to deliver exceptional results an ability to quickly navigate and understand technical concepts outstanding organisation and prioritisation capabilities excellent communication skills a passion for helping improve the outcomes of patients.
