Our clinical team have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings including: clinical assessments review of long term/complex clients service plans wound care vaccinations single discipline assessments response to acute events InterRAI assessments Funding/case management As an organisation we offer professional development, PDRP support and supervision to our clinical team. We imagine this role is best for an RN who: has some well-rounded nursing experience, community experience is super helpful - especially homebased services or disability sector the confidence to work autonomously, wants to improve the health and wellbeing of others, is outcomes focused, has excellent assessment skills, Has high levels of attention to detail and Has competent computer skills!! #J-18808-Ljbffr
