You’ll be the driving force behind Goodfood Group’s foodservice growth — leading distributor engagement, managing key & national accounts, and hunting new business across a variety of foodservice end users . This is a role for someone who’s equal parts strategic thinker, relationship builder, and commercial closer . What You’ll Be Doing : Grow & Own Key Accounts Build strategic account plans that deepen relationships and expand product penetration. Run business reviews, share insights, and identify new growth opportunities. Keep customers delighted through proactive, responsive relationship management. Lead Distributor Engagement Become the go‑to partner for distributor branch managers and sales teams. Lift Goodfood Group’s visibility and share of wallet across branch networks. Deliver product training, joint sales calls and customer presentations. Drive branch-level promotions, initiatives and smarter sales execution. Win New Business Identify, prospect and secure new customers across targeted segments. Manage the full sales cycle — from first conversation to onboarding and ongoing growth. Build tailored commercial solutions that deliver profitable outcomes. Represent Goodfood Group at trade shows, events and industry networking. Champion Market & Category Growth Stay sharp on foodservice trends, competitor activity and customer needs. Spot emerging opportunities and feed insights into Marketing, Innovation and Leadership. Sell through category expertise and a strong value proposition. Keep the Engine Running Smoothly Maintain accurate CRM records, pipelines and reporting. Ensure compliance with pricing, policies and commercial processes. What You Bring Strong experience in foodservice sales, account management or distributor engagement. A natural relationship builder who can influence at all levels. Commercial smarts — you understand margins, growth levers and category dynamics. Confidence presenting, negotiating and partnering with culinary and procurement teams. Hunger for growth, curiosity about food, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. Who We Are?
