To join the amazing us, you must have 10+ years of SAP Basis administration and technical consulting experience. Strong expertise across SAP S/4HANA, SAP HANA, SAP NetWeaver, transport management, upgrades, patching, system monitoring, and performance tuning. Hands-on experience with RISE with SAP and a solid understanding of SAP-managed cloud operations and shared responsibility models. Experience administering SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), including subaccounts, entitlements, connectivity, integration, identity and access management, and security. Knowledge of SAP Integration Suite, SAP Cloud Connector, APIs, hybrid integrations, and cloud connectivity patterns. Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud. Strong stakeholder management, communication, relationship-building, and consulting skills. A passion for mentoring others, solving complex technical challenges, and delivering outstanding customer outcomes. Happy to spend a couple of days a week working from our savvy Auckland office. What’s it like day-to-day? Great question! Here’s a snapshot of what your day would look like at Lagom: Lead the technical design, governance, and operation of SAP landscapes across RISE with SAP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP HANA, and hybrid cloud environments. Provide senior SAP Basis expertise across administration, transport management, lifecycle management, upgrades, patching, and performance optimisation. Configure and govern SAP BTP services including subaccounts, security, connectivity, destinations, and entitlement. Design and support integration solutions using SAP Integration Suite, Cloud Connector, APIs, and hybrid connectivity framework. Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain SAP systems and related platform components. Monitor system health, performance, availability, resilience, security, and compliance across SAP and cloud platforms. Coordinate with SAP, cloud providers, architects, developers, and functional consultants to deliver successful client outcomes. Support RISE with SAP engagements, incident management, service governance, and operational excellence. Maintain technical documentation, contribute to delivery standards, and mentor junior consultants. Participate in system refreshes, disaster recovery planning, upgrades, transformations, and major SAP initiatives. So, what’s in it for me after all that awesome work?
