The Warehouse is hiring a Customer Service Team Member for our Alexandra store in Otago, New Zealand. This permanent full-time role operates Friday and Saturday from 2:00pm to 8:30pm, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service at the in-store service desk. You will handle inquiries, processing returns, exchanges, refunds, and transfers, assist Loss Prevention, and help supervise the Checkout area to ensure smooth transactions.
